friends,the mind is the enemies play toy.
but we must understand,religion is not,a cure all.
our minds & attitudes,personalities, have a great effect in shapeing the way we live.
but be sure of this,the good news of the gospel of christ has never ever hurt me in any way!

ask,pray,give thanks for who you are & where you are in lifes spiritual journey.
then Gods peace will watch over your hearts & your mind.
